return & exchange policy

We handle returns on a case-by-case basis with the ultimate objective of making our customers happy. Our philosophy is to deal with them fairly and reasonably.

 

; we cannot credit, refund or exchange these items due to the nature of the product. Please make sure you are one hundred percent certain when purchasing products scented.Please note if an error occurs on our part i.e. you order Scent A-men type and we sent you Scent B-women type, we will gladly correct our error. If any errors or shortages occur on our part, you have 24 hours from the reception of your order to contact us so we may correct the situation. Any claims made after that will be denied, so please inspect your package carefully upon receipt. If an error or shortage does occur, we will correct it immediately. All purchases on scented products (i.e. perfume oils, lotions, gels, etc.) are FINAL.

 

RETURNING BY MAIL (U.S.) 


Send in your item(s) using a local U.S. Postal Office. Fill out a return label using the same business address on your receipt. Your approved return will be processed within 7-10 business days.

 

EXCHANGES 


For the best service and selection, please order your approved replacement items online after refund or call for assistance.

 

EXCEPTIONS & SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS 


Please call customer service for assistance returning merchandise.

 

REFUNDS 


All approved refunds will be credited onto an online store credit.  (Coupon credit  cannot be redeemed for cash unless required by law).

 

SHIPPING CHARGES 


Unfortunately, we cannot refund shipping charges as all sales are final.
